Over 700 centenarians live in Bosnia

Bosnia and Herzegovina is a country with 769 persons aged 100 and older, according to Bosnia's Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange (IDDEEA).

Chief of the IDDEEA Director's Cabinet, Goran Rakic, told N1 551 women and 218 men older than 100 were registered in Bosnia by September 15 this year.

The oldest two persons are aged 113, one live in Sarajevo and another one in the town of Lukavac, according to Rekic.

Bosnia conducted the last population census in 2013, according to which Bosnia has a total population of 3.53 million people.
