Bosnia’s Government passed on Tuesday a decision to extend the temporary financing of the administration and the country’s international obligations for the next quarter, Prime Minister Denis Zvizdic announced.

The country’s institutions have been financed according to such Government decisions because a new government – officially called the Council of Ministers – has never been formed following the October 2018 election.

Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations, Mirko Sarovic, expressed satisfaction over the decision.

“I think it is now time for the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina to finally take the budget proposal, which this Council of Ministers had six or seven months ago forwarded to the Presidency, out of the drawer. That document should finally be forwarded to the Parliament,” he said.
