The protest against the abuse of mentally challenged children in the Pazaric home will continue on Friday, Protesters said Thursday after no one from the Federation entity (FBiH) government received them to discuss their demands.

“They told us to get in only to deceive us. No one talked to us. We were received by a secretary who rolled her yeas and said she doesn't know what we were looking for there. We came there to ask who tied those children? We won't stop until we know the truth about Pazaric. We will file criminal charges,” she said.

“We call upon the entire population of Bosnia and Herzegovina to join us because one never knows when they will find themselves in our situation. On one can tell that they wouldn't get a child like mine in one or five years time,” the noted.

Head of the Parents’ Council whose children are placed in Mjedenica home for disabled children and youths, Edo Celevic said the authorities showed great disrespect for the protestors.

“We tried to meet with the FBiH authorities bud they were allegedly busy. That shows great respect for us as parents and shows they are not ready to deal with this issue. We will not give up on the protest and we call on residents from Sarajevo and other cities to join us,” Celebic said.
