Bosnia signs EU Joint Procurement Agreement

Bosnia’s Foreign Affairs Minister signed an agreement on Thursday which allows the country to participate in the EU procurement mechanism that secures “more equitable access to specific medical countermeasures and improved security of supply, together with more balanced prices” for member states.

“In this way, Bosnia and Herzegovina will have the possibility to procure the most advanced medical equipment for treating citizens,” said Minister Bisera Turkovic, adding that the  Joint Procurement Agreement she signed is in effect immediately.
