Bosnia records the lowest number of daily Covid-19 infections, yet

Bosnian health authorities recorded only five Covid-19 cases, and all came from the Serb-dominated Republika Srpska (RS) entity, while the Bosniak-Croat shared Federation (FBiH) entity had no positive cases.

After checking 194 samples, the RS found only 5 coronavirus infections while the FBiH tested 280 samples, of which no samples came back positive.

The RS authorities also recorded two fatalities, adding that both patients had pre-existing chronic conditions.

The state Civil Affairs Ministry said that the total number of Covid-19 cases in the country now stands at 2,406, of which 1,696 have recovered and 146 had died.
