Bosnia reports 274 new Covid-19 cases and six fatalities, 247 recovered

Bosnian health authorities reported 274 new Covid-19 cases on Wednesday, 183 from the Federation (FBiH) entity, 91 from Republika Srpska (RS) entity. The authorities added there were six virus-related fatalities in the country.

The FBiH health authorities said they tested 1,161 samples of which 183 came back positive. The entity recorded four virus-related fatalities.

The RS health officials said they tested 436 samples of which 91 tested positive for SARS-COV-2. This entity recorded two virus-related fatalities.

The city with the most reported cases was Sarajevo where 86 positive results were reported.

According to official statistics, 247 patients have recovered in the country in the last 24 hours.

So far, Bosnia and Herzegovina recorded 13,138 coronavirus cases, of which 6,839 recovered and 379 have died.
