Fewer than 100 new coronavirus cases in Bosnia, six more deaths due to COVID-19

Six people died due to COVID-19 and fewer than 100 people tested positive for the coronavirus in Bosnia and Herzegovina between Sunday and Monday but fewer tests were performed.

The Public Health Institute of Bosnia’s Federation (FBiH) region said that of the 503 samples tested, 57 were positive. Six people died due to the disease in FBiH.

In Republika Srpska (RS), the other semi-autonomous entity in the country, 35 of the 357 samples tested were positive.

A total of 25,521 people have tested positive for the coronavirus in Bosnia so far and 18,109 of them recovered. 

A total of 770 people have died due to COVID-19.
