According to Bosnian health authorities, the country recorded 243 new cases of coronavirus, on Wednesday, along with 13 deaths caused by the disease.

The country's Federation (FBiH) entity reported 191 new cases after testing 1,513 samples for the new coronavirus. The entity's Public Health Institute said they recorded 11 deaths caused by the new coronavirus.

The Republika Srpska (RS) region said they registered 51 new cases of the disease after testing 544 suspected samples. This entity registered two fatalities.

The state Civil Affairs Ministry said that the total number of Covid-19 case in the country since the outbreak of the pandemic now stands at 27,469 of which 20,616 have recovered and 856 had died.

There are currently 5,997 active cases in the country
