Bosnian health officials reported 540 new Covid-19 cases on Monday, along with record 66 virus-related fatalities.

The country's Federation (FBiH) entity reported 362 new cases after testing 983 samples for the new coronavirus. The entity's Public Health Institute said they recorded 37 deaths caused by the virus.

The Republika Srpska (RS) region said they registered 181 new cases of the disease after testing 407 suspected samples. This entity also reported having 26 fatalities over the last 24 hours.

The hardest-hit city is Sarajevo once again with a total of 283 confirmed cases.

Brcko District health officials said they recorded four new coronavirus case along with three fatalities.
