Bosnia reports 664 new coronavirus cases, 44 deaths

Another 664 coronavirus cases and 44 fatalities have been confirmed in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the last 24 hours, according to healthcare authorities.

The new results came out of 1,680 lab test for coronavirus, significantly lower number of analyses than in the previous days.

The country has confirmed the total of 87,374 infections since the epidemic outbreak. Of that number, 55,744 cases were reported in the Federation (FBiH), 29,818 in Republika Srpska (RS) and 1,812 in Brcko District (BD) – three separate administrative units running their healthcare systems independently.

To this date, 2,620 fatalities were reported among Covid-19 patients across Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The total of 416,554 lab tests has been conducted in the country since the epidemic outbreak and 51,479 patients have recovered.
