Tesanj gets the biggest national flag of Bosnia

The biggest national flag of Bosnia and Herzegovina ever made, has been raised in Tesanj Municipality amid the opening ceremony of the 14th Tesanj Trade Fair.

The dimensions of the flag are 30×20 metres and it was raised on the 70-metre flag-pole.

The flag raising ceremony was attended by Bosnia’s Council of Ministers Chairman Denis Zvizdic and the Prime Minister of Zenica-Doboj Canton Miralem Galijasevic, as well as the Italian Ambassador to Bosnia Nicola Minasi and representatives of the local community and entrepreneurs.

The flag was imported from Turkey and the funds for the creation of the flag and the mast were donated by the local companies registered in the Tesanj Municipality.
