Bosnia has proposed three infrastructure projects worth a total of 275 million Euro at the EU-Western Balkans Summit, which started on Monday in London. All three relate to the construction of Bosnia’s part of the 5c Corridor, a European route that connects Budapest with the Adriatic Sea.

Two of the projects are the construction of two parts of the motorway, the one connecting Tarcin and Konjic, and the one connecting Buna and Pocitelj, worth a total of 150 million Euro. Another one, worth 125 million Euro, relates to the technical support for the construction of Bosnia’s part of the Pan-European Corridor.

Bosnia expects a grant of 38 million Euro.

The UK had also announced it will donate £10 million (EUR 11.33 million) to a three-year project helping build digital skills and employment prospects for young people in the Western Balkans, which will include those in Bosnia.
