Air pollution in Bosnia’s capital has risen to dangerous levels again on Thursday, according to measurements published by a local NGO.

‘Eko Akcija’ warned that air pollution in Sarajevo stood at 566 PM on Thursday afternoon, a level which carries serious health risks to the local population.

Locals and those staying in the capital, most of all pregnant women, seniors, children and people with respiratory health issues or heart conditions, should stay indoors and refrain from intense physical activity, Eko Akcija said.
