Chairman of Bosnia's tripartite Presidency Milorad Dodik and Presidency member Sefik Dzaferovic will be on an official visit to Turkey on Wednesday at the invitation of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Presidency member Zeljko Komsic will be presented by his cabinet's staff member.

Speaking for media a day before the official trip, Dodik said the motive for his visit is the improvement of economic relations of the two countries.

Also, it is crucial to start talks on Turkey's support to the construction of Sarajevo-Belgrade highway's route which was previously defined by Bosnia's competent authorities, Dodik said.

Presidency member Dzaferovic told reporters that he expects the signing of a protocol on the highway construction, a document that the Presidency and the Republic of Turkey intensively work on.

The talks will also, according to the Presidency Chairman, focus on the formation of the state-level government in Bosnia after the October election. Dodik expects the President of Turkey to point out the necessity of forming the authorities in Bosnia, he said.
