International police issued a red notice for two Bosnian nationals allegedly involved in the war crimes committed during the 1992-95 Bosnian war.

Bosnian State Court confirmed in February 2017 the indictment against Visnja Acimovic for allegedly taking part in the killing of 37 Bosniak men in 1992, in the eastern town of Vlasenica.

The bodies of the killed men were found and exhumed in 2000 from the site where, according to the indictment, they were executed.

Reportedly, Acimovic also holds the citizenship of Serbia, where she currently resides.

Nedzad Kahrimanovic is another fugitive who is subject of the Interpol's red notice. Tuzla Canton Court confirmed the indictment against Kahrimanovic in September 2014 for allegedly murdering a civilian as a troop commander in the Territorial Defence Unit in the northern town of Celic.

According to the indictment, the suspect came to Bosiljka Stevic's house in Brnjik village in September 1992 and shot her dead.

Available information says he currently resides in the US.
