The US Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina expressed “disappointment” over the country's ranking on the World Bank's 'Ease of Doing Business' report, as the last amongst all the countries in the region.

“BiH (Bosnia and Herzegovina) is falling behind its neighbours. Responsible actors must talk less and work more on reforms to encourage private sector growth and improve the climate for entrepreneurs,” the Embassy tweeted on Monday.

Of 190 countries encompassed by the report, Bosnia was ranked as the 90th, far behind Serbia (44th), Croatia (51th), North Macedonia (17th) and Kosovo (57th).

Ahead of Bosnia were the countries such as Zambia (85th), Mongolia (81th), Bhutan (89th) and others.
