Prosecutors issue indictment for electoral fraud in Bosnia's 2018 vote

Bosnia's state prosecutors issued an indictment against a Sarajevo resident, charging him with electoral fraud during the 2018 general election in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

According to the Prosecutor's Office, in the capacity of a local election board member, Jovan Kosutic voted instead of another person in the northern town Brcko, Trnjaci polling station.

The indictment charges Kosutic with falsifying the signatures of four voters who did not use their right to vote and casting a ballot under their names.

The Prosecutor's Office has sent the indictment to the State Court for confirmation.
