Bosniak Presidency member received the key of the City of Tirana on Tuesday, during his official visit to Albania where he met with Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj.

The two spoke about joint projects implemented between the Albanian and Bosnian capital which are twin cities since 1996 which have improved intercity partnership in cultural and economic exchange, the statement from the Presidency said.

“The aim of this visit is to strengthen cooperation between the two countries because we have all the conditions for the best cooperation which is still not at the level it could be. It's time to open a new page and move further politically, economically and culturally bilaterally and regionally. After all these meetings, I believe that this will happen,” said Dzaferovic on this occasion.

After the meeting with the Mayor, Chairman Dzaferovic went to a meeting with the Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Albania, Gramoz Ruçi.
