US President Donald Trump congratulated Bosnia's Statehood Day, November 25, to the country's tripartite Presidency, on Monday.
“On behalf of the United States of America, accept my sincere congratulations on the Statehood Day of Bosnia and Herzegovina. As you mark Bosnia and Herzegovina's Statehood Day and the 25th anniversary of the Dayton Peace Accords, it is clear that peace has beaten the test of time. Bosnia and Herzegovina has emerged stronger from the dark days of the past and remains firm and unwavering in its commitment to the Euro-Atlantic future of its citizens,” Trump said.
The American president pointed out that the US is proud to be Bosnia's partner.
“Looking forward to the next 25 years and beyond, the United States reaffirms its commitment to the people and government of Bosnia as we pursue our common interests in the stability and prosperity of all,” Trump said.
