Election watchdog says no case of vote-rigging reported in Mostar

Election watchdog 'Pod lupom' said no single case of vote-rigging was reported on the election day in Mostar.

The report published after the polling stations closed at 7 pm said that ‘Pod lupom’ observers were not enabled to uninterruptedly follow the election process at three polling stations.

 The watchdog received reports on 23 irregularities via phone line and online, of that seven reports by the citizens who said they were not visited by Covid mobile teams although they registered for the vote.

The polling stations were closed mostly in line with valid regulations by 7:15 pm the latest, except one polling station which closed after that time.

According to the report, one to ten cases of casting the ballot by voters who had no valid identification documents was recorder at eight polling stations.

The initial report on the election day will be updated with the preliminary report a day after the local vote in Mostar, on Monday.
