Two more victims of the genocide committed in Srebrenica were identified on Monday at the International Commission on Missing Persons (ICMP) Podrinje Identification Project in Tuzla.

The two Bosniak victims were killed in the summer of 1995 and their remains were found in the areas of Srebrenica and Zvornik.

Their identity has been determined through DNA analysis and their relatives confirmed the result.

One of them is Ibrahimovic Mehmed, born in 1941, who disappeared in the Potocari area in 1995, and his remains were exhumed in 2008 at the Kamenica site in Zvornik.

The family also confirmed the identity of Kaljevic Nermin, born in 1977, who also disappeared in 1995, and his remains were exhumed from the Zeleni Jadar mass grave in 2001.

Both victims will be put to rest at the Srebrenica Genocide Memorial's cemetery complex on July 11, the 27th anniversary of the Srebrenica Genocide.
