The director of BH Radio 1, Pejka Medic, reported to the Banja Luka Police Administration that on March 19, she received threatening and offensive comments on religious and ethnic grounds via Facebook and Twitter.
According to her, a call for her murder appeared on social networks, and “Chetnik” and “genocide glorifier” are just some of the insults directed at her.
The on-duty prosecutor of the Banja Luka District Public Prosecutor's Office was informed about everything, and Medic expressed hope that the police would do their part.
Medic said that she did not write about previous threats, nor did she go public about them. She pointed out that before coming and taking office she was exposed to a media lynching in May 2017, but now she has decided to report the threats.
