Bosnia's handball team has been forced to train in their rooms for the past two days after arriving in Estonia for a match scheduled for Wednesday, Handball Federation management board member Vojislav Radja told N1, adding that they also had issues with PCR tests.

Radja noted that the hotel offered to them by the hosts is not in accordance with the European Handball Federation (EHF) standards, the food is inadequate and the tests they were subjected to showed strange results.

“We expected we'd have issues due to rigorous Estonian regulations regarding the coronavirus. They insist on their special regulations and have made them extremely complicated, plus they're testing additional regulations on us. During the first coronavirus test, one of us was positive, even though we had valid tests from Sarajevo. Additional tests, which we received yesterday from the EHF to test the validity of Estonian tests, showed that this player was negative, but that other two were positive for coronavirus. To make things worse, those players recovered from the virus and have a high score of antibodies,” Radja told N1.

“Our players were forced to train in their rooms and everyone can see the conditions our players are training in from the videos I sent you,” Radja pointed out.

He confirmed that the match against Estonia will be played at 6.30 pm.
