The Chairman of Bosnia’s tripartite Presidency, Sefik Dzaferovic, congratulated the President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, on his victory in Sunday's elections.
“On behalf of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina and myself, I congratulate you on your re-election as President of the Republic of Serbia. Stable and good relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Serbia are of primary interest for the benefit of our states and their peoples and citizens. Developing a policy of good neighbourliness, based on the principles of mutual respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity and resolving open bilateral issues, leads to the prosperity and progress of BiH and the Republic of Serbia and the achievement of common European goals. In anticipation of good cooperation and strengthening of bilateral relations between BiH and the Republic of Serbia, I wish you success in performing your duties,” said Dzaferovic.
In Sunday’s presidential and parliamentary elections in Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic convincingly won the race for a new term at the helm of this country.
