Bosnia's House of Representatives dismissed the Minister of Human Rights and Refugees, Milos Lucic from the Democratic People's Alliance (DNS), with 21 votes in favour and 13 abstentions. The decision was made by the Chairman of the Council of Ministers, Zoran Tegeltija.

“In accordance with the agreement of political parties on the formation of the Council of Ministers of BiH (the Government of BiH) and the distribution of ministries, the Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees belonged to the representatives of Republika Srpska (RS) entity. According to the coalition agreement of political parties from the RSsaid ministry belonged to the Democratic People's Alliance (DNS), and Milos Lucic was appointed at the proposal of this party.

Considering that the DNS made a decision to leave the coalition and continue further opposition activities, and having in mind that the current convocation of the Council of Ministers does not have the support of DNS representatives in the House of Representatives, it was decided as in the dispositive,” stated as reasoning for this decision.
