"The Democratic Action Party (SDA) has an anti-constitutional platform", and the behaviour of the leader of this party, Bakir Izetbegovic, is "anti-constitutional," Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) leader Milorad Dodik said in Brussels Wednesday. He also referred to the decision of the Constitutional Court on the Law on Medicines of the Republika Srpska (RS) entity, saying that the Law will be implemented. Answering questions about relations with the Russian leadership, Dodik announced a new meeting with Putin for September.

“The SDA has the only program platform that is anti-constitutional, Izetbegovic's position is anti-constitutional because the three of us are here individually,” said Dodik after the meeting with the European Commissioner for Enlargement, Oliver Varhely.

Dodik, who is staying in Brussels as are the leaders of the Croat Democratic Union (HDZ BiH) and SDA, added that he is ready to work on some of the legal solutions that the EU requests from BiH.

As for the Law on Conflict of Interest, Dodik said that “he will support it if it concerns BiH, if it threatens jurisdictions of the RS entity, it will not get my support.”

He referred to the decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH on the Law on Medicines of the RS.

“Neither the Constitutional Court nor the High Representative can suspend it, that Law will continue to be implemented,” he said.

The EU Enlargement Commissioner Oliver Varhelyi invited the political leaders of the ruling coalition (Dragan Covic from the Croat Democratic Union – HDZ, Milorad Dodik from the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats – SNSD and Bakir Izetbegovic from the Democratic Action Party – SDA) in Bosnia to separate meetings in Brussels on Wednesday.
