Bosnian Serb Presidency member said Friday that all he wants to return the Republika Srpska entity to the “Constitutional BiH” which can only be stable if it returns to the original Dayton Peace Agreement with the respect for constituent peoples in it.

According to him, the High Representatives in BiH and judges of the Constitutional Court have made a huge mess in the country and that powerful countries such as the US and the EU supported that, instead of cleaning up that mess.

“The concept imposed in BiH is unconstitutional. It does not correspond to the Dayton Agreement, or even to the spirit of that Agreement. The essence of the Dayton Agreement is that BiH is composed of two entities and three constituent peoples that sovereignly manage internal political processes. It was envisaged that BiH would have only international political sovereignty and no one would interfere in that,” Dodik told the Radio Television of Republika Srpska (RTRS) the entity public emitter.

He said that the army, indirect taxes and the judiciary certainly do not fall under the international sovereignty of BiH.

The Presidency member also spoke about claims that everything he did previously regarding the political situation in BiH was done to protect his own crime.

“If I wanted to do that, I would go to the American Embassy, sign everything and I would be the most protected man in the country,” said Dodik.
