Bosnia’s Republika Srpska (RS) entity also has a ‘non-paper’ on the situation in Bosnia and it will be sent “to everybody” at some point, BiH Presidency Chairman Milorad Dodik said, repeating his earlier statements that Bosnia’s two entities will “peacefully separate” in the future.

Dodik, who is the leader of the ruling party in the Serb-majority RS entity, said that there is no cohesion bringing Bosnia’s three constitutive peoples – Bosniaks, Croats and Serbs – any closer in the country.

He commented on a controversial alleged non-paper which caused an uproar after it was recently published by Slovenian media.

The document, published by the Slovenian news portal necenzurirano.si, proposes Kosovo joining Albania and Serbia annexing parts of Bosnia’s Serb-dominated RS entity, while the mostly Croat-populated parts of southern Bosnia and Herzegovina would become part of Croatia.

According to the Slovenian news portal, the country’s PM, Janez Jansa, sent the document to Brussels. Jansa denied those claims.

Dodik said that the RS also has “some non-paper,” but would not elaborate on it.

“One day, when we decide to do so, we will also send it to everybody,” he said.

The Presidency Chairman said that the key activity in the RS National Assembly is currently the creation of a platform for negotiations with representatives in Bosnia’s other semi-autonomous entity, the Federation (FBiH), on what the country should look like.

These talks should not involve any foreign officials, he stressed.

According to Dodik, foreigners have for a long time already been trying to “create a Bosnia and Herzegovina the way they want it” but this turned out to be an “unwanted experiment.”
