Early on Friday, a series of explosions rocked the arms ‘Sloboda’ (Freedom) factory in Serbia’s central Cacak town, causing material damage but no casualties.
All workers and people living nearby were evacuated, and Mayor Milan Todorovic said no one was injured.
State RTS TV reported that the explosion started in the ammunition warehouse, and Todorovic said it luckily did not happen in the production part of the factory.
