Large fire breaks out in Banja Luka (VIDEO)

Locals said it started from an electric pole, and firefighters are on the scene trying to put the blaze under control and prevent it from spreading towards homes in the highly populated neighbourhood.

Tons of stored paper burning created thick smoke in a matter of moments and locals, as well as the Republika Srpska helicopter service, are helping the firefighters.

The street where the fire broke out has been shut down.
