By December 31, 2020, Bosnia and Herzegovina has not fully implemented any of the 23 recommendations that the Group of States against Corruption (GRECO) issued - sixteen have been partly implemented and seven have not been implemented at all, the Council of Europe said on Thursday, citing the GRECO report.
At the end 2020, Bosnia was among the 16 countries in GRECO’s non-compliance procedure, alongside Andorra, Armenia, Austria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, Republic of Moldova, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia and Turkey.
Bosnia and Herzegovina is the only country in the report that has not fully implemented any recommendations.
