The re-exhumations of victims of the 1995 genocide in Srebrenica began Monday at the Srebrenica-Potocari Memorial Centre, where 92 graves of previously buried victims will be opened in the next two weeks to add skeletal fragments that were later found and identified.

The families of two victims who gave their consent for re-exhumation in the previous period, have given up this procedure for now and have withdrawn that consent.

The families of the victims whose re-exhumations are being carried out, representatives of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, the investigator of the Institute for Missing Persons of BiH, ICMP anthropologists and a pathologist will also attend the re-association of the skeletal remains.

So far, 859 re-exhumations have been performed at the Srebrenica-Potocari Memorial Centre in order to complete the bodies of Bosniak victims.
