The Potocari Memorial Center has published the "Transcripts of Genocide" on their website on Friday, consisting of transcripts and recordings dating from October 1991 to 1995.

According to the Memorial Center, “the goal is to easily search for official transcripts of the sessions of the so-called Assembly of the Serb People in Bosnia and Herzegovina / National Assembly of the Republika Srpska from its establishment until the end of the war.”

From only one transcript of the tape recording of the XVI session of the Assembly of the Serbian People in BiH, held on May 12, 1992. year in Banja Luka, the last one before the genocide in Srebrenica, one can read the presentations on the plans of the then political and military leadership of the Republika Srpska, which announced the genocide. With the Speaker Momcilo Krajisnik, and the presence of Radovan Karadzic, one could hear what the plan was and how to implement it.

“Will we whisper to our Serbs who remain in the depths of enclaves that they simply have to move out of there and that a solution must be found for them, and we must look for solutions for the relocation of the population in government institutions. I think that we are waging a war, establishing a state border and that we haven't defined what to do with the people who remain in the enclaves, in the institutions of the government, who may be surrounded and slaughtered tomorrow, etc.,” said, Aleksa Milojevic among other things.

Speaking moments later, the former general of the Republika Srpska Army Ratko Mladic stated:

“Therefore, we cannot cleanse or have a sieve to have only Serbs remain or for Serbs to fall through and for the others to leave. Well, that's… That won't… I don't know how Mr Krajisnik and Mr Karadzic will explain that to the world. People, that's genocide. We must call on every man who swore on these areas and the territory of the state we want to create.”

The Genocide Transcript database contains all the sessions, which can be searched in several different ways: by searching for one specific word, by searching the time frame in the calendar, by searching for specific topics. By choosing a particular session, users can download PDF documents containing the transcript made by the Srebrenica Memorial Center. Users can also download the original transcripts in order to be able to confirm the authenticity of the transcripts, which were made at the Potosari Memorial Center.
